For Epson printers please bring along your proof of purchase for the product and, if it is in warranty, one of our engineers will be glad to resolve any issues with the charge being borne by Epson. If your product is not repairable, we will process the request for a quality-assured replacement unit.  If your product was purchased within 30 days a new one will be ordered.
